Millboard Tactile

The Millboard Tactile range of boards are ideally suited to alert pedestrians of level, assisting in DDA requirements. The Tactile bords though mainly designed as a safety feature as opposed to a regular decking product, all have the wood grain finish. This is individually hand-enhanced, making each individual board unique, stylish and durable even in the most demanding of environments. All our Tactile composite boards are finished with our ‘Lastane’ rubberised surface coating which makes them truly Anti-Slip.

Slip Resistance:
Pendulum Test on dry Tactile  = ? classification : ‘Excellent Anti-Slip’
Pendulum Test on wet Tactile  = ? classification : ‘Excellent Anti-Slip’
Millboard passes the slip resistance test in all directions as the ‘Lastane’ finish covers the entire surface area.

Taber Abrasion Test using type H22 wheels: in accordance with ISO 9352:
The lower figure indicates higher resistance to wear.
